Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customized products? What is the lead time?

① MOQ for customized insulators: 100 sets; ② MOQ for customized tools: 50 sets. For small-batch customization (below MOQ), we offer flexible solutions with a slight surcharge. Lead time: ① Sample confirmation: 2-4 weeks (including testing); ② Mass production: 30-45 days (faster for urgent projects with reserved capacity).

Do you charge additional fees for customization (e.g., mold opening, R&D)?

① No additional fees for standard customization (e.g., adjusting length, changing metal fittings, OEM logo); ② For special R&D customization (e.g., new material development, unique structural design), we charge a one-time R&D fee (5-10% of the total order value), which will be fully refunded if the subsequent bulk order quantity exceeds 5,000 sets. Mold opening fees are waived for long-term cooperative clients.

Can you provide technical drawings and sample testing for customized products?

Yes. We provide 2D (CAD) and 3D (STEP) technical drawings for confirmation before production. Samples are tested according to IEC/ANSI standards, including mechanical load, electrical insulation, and environmental durability. We also support third-party testing (SGS/TÜV) at the client’s request, with test reports provided within 7 working days.
