Composite Insulators are composed of FRP rod, silicone rubber sheds and metal end fittings.
The silicone rubber sheds adopt the complete injection technology, effectively solving the critical issue of interface electrical breakdown that affects composite insulator reliability.
The connection between the FRP rod and the metal end fittings employs the most advanced crimping process, equipped with a fully automated ultrasonic flaw detection system.

Crimping Process |
