Hydropower Station Project in Rwanda
On May 10, 2025, customer representatives from the Nabalong River II Hydropower Station insulator project in Rwanda visited our facility to conduct the acceptance inspection of composite suspension insulators. The inspection encompassed seven test items: visual examination, dimension, galvanized quality inspection, tensile test, verification of tightness of the interface between end fittings and insulator housing and of the specified mechanical load, wet power-frequency withstand voltage test, dry lightning impulse withstand voltage test. Items 1 to 5 were completed at our factory, while tests 6 and 7 were carried out at a laboratory in Suzhou.
Throughout the inspection process, our comprehensive quality control system, stringent production processes, and precision testing equipment earned high praise from the customer. The successful completion of this inspection not only affirms the superior quality of our products but also lays a solid foundation for deeper collaboration between both parties in the future.
