Fiberglass square tube is one of the extruded fiberglass profiles, can be customized according to customer requirements, improvethe environment of the production site, and is now widely used in chemical, electric power, seawater feeding, pharmaceutical,water treatment, food, desulfurization and other fields.
1, strong corrosion resistance: pultruded profiles soaked by 3%HCI aqueoussolution for 24H, its hardness retention rate is 95%. After soaking in 3%NaCI solution for 24h, the hardness retention rate is89%.
2, low thermal insulation coefficient: the heat transfer coefficient of pultrusion profile is close to hard PVC, and the thermal
insulation coefficient of the single frame double glass insulation window made of it is only 2.69W/(m2K), and the data indicatethat the energy saving of FRP doors and Windows is very obvious.
3, adapt to environmental requirements, processing pultrusion profile selection of production process with low noise, high
efficiency, low power consumption, low pollution and other characteristics, in line with the relevant national environmental
requirements.
4. High thermal deformation temperature: the thermal deformation temperature of pultruded profiles is 186°C, does not soften athigh temperatures, and remains brittle at -60 °C, ensuring the normal use of various ambient temperatures.
5. Low deformation rate: the length of FRP pultruded profiles changed to +0.03% after 1000h artificial accelerated aging, and thewidth change rate was -0.07%. Therefore, the shape and scale of the products made with the pultrusion profile can be maintainedfor a long time.
6, high strength: pultrusion profile tensile strength of 150-300mpa, bending strength of 200-300mpa, after 1000h artificial
accelerated aging of bending strength retention rate of up to 78%.
